Enjoying recreational opportunities are a key component to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. A child or teen experiencing a disability may have fewer opportunities to be involved in consistent sports or outdoor physical activities. Xcite Steps matches a fun and youthful recreational mentor to the child who will plan fun San Diego activities tailored to the child’s interests, skills and needs. Our mentors are great at being creative and adapting to different situations to make sure the child or teen has fun, is being motivated and challenged in recreational activities.
