In their own words:

Dear Mentor,

I understand how busy you are, mostly swamped.  Yet you always convey genuine warmth & caring for Mathieu. Thanks for your patience, professionalism, & dedication.
My sincere thanks also for the profile photo’s & putting it all together.  Luis from The American Lung Association will definitely appreciate your help in getting the profile photo to him.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the many times you communicated to Mat & “coached” him, out of what could have turned into a huge escalation of his mood.  This has been especially challenging, while he’s having his meds “tuned up” & changed by Dr. Feder.  I can only imagine how many times you must do this, when it’s just you & Mathieu.  Your kindness, dedication, & incredible patience are very much appreciated.
I’m now also remembering the time Mat wouldn’t leave the house & you stayed & coached me on how to deal with various situations; eventually every now & then Mat would appear in the kitchen to see what he was missing.  You’ve earned a special place in Mat’s heart & I am so amazed; Mathieu isn’t easily impressed.
Thanks for becoming a special part of our lives.
